Once an order is placed and enters into payment and processing que, this policy applies.

We do not cancel/refund orders on customer negligence to accept/see/read expected lead times shown at product page preview and, additionally, at request for acceptance to proceed by email prior to accepting payment on your order. No exceptions. If an item is in stock and you would like to partial cancel an other item on the same order, this deems the order uncancellable. 

The purpose of this policy is to cover the time, costs, and expense of managing inventory, supplier distribution challenges/changes, and other resources at loss as a result of order changes.
